At Donnie Darkwood, I believe in letting the wood speak for itself.

Every bowl starts as a solid block of hardwood—maple, walnut, cherry, ash, sassafras and Cedar—carefully chosen for its unique grain and character. From there, it’s hand-turned, shaped, sanded, and finished in our quiet Pennsylvania workshop. No stains. No synthetic finishes. Just natural linseed oil and beeswax, the way it’s been done for generations.

We don’t take commissions. Each piece is made from inspiration and instinct—ready to ship when it’s done. That way, what you see is exactly what you’ll get. No guessing. No waiting. Just honest, beautiful craftsmanship ready for your table.
